When we stayed at the hotel in Lincoln City, we found it to be a convenient spot right across from the D River Wayside, within walking distance to the beach. The rooms, although not perfect - room 307 especially needed some attention and didn't offer the promised ocean view - were still reasonably priced and essential. The service was helpful and accommodating during a debit card situation, and they even dropped the rates for us. The dining experience was average, offering a typical continental breakfast without sausage, and the facilities were decent with laundry options available.
